They criticized Michelle Obama for launching an anti-childhood obesity campaign and promoting healthy eating and fitness. Glenn Beck himself said that we should just let the obese people die. Essentially, Conservatives think letting obese people get sick & die is the better alternative to trying to combat obesity and promote healthy diets & fitness.

Most of the obesity-rich counties, demographically speaking, are also known as “food deserts” because there aren’t any healthy grocery options available.
So (mostly working-class) people get their nutritional needs from unhealthy sources like McDonald’s on a daily basis.
If you want to promote healthy eating, you have to give tax breaks and incentives for nutritious options and grocers to expand in these food deserts.

Conservatives feel that they are the only people that should be allowed to ear decent food. Minority groups such as the poor or black should eat McDonalds, get fat and die. That’s the way it has been and should continue to be. They don’t want change, even for the better, that’s why they are called conservative

I’m conservative, and I don’t hate people who eat a healthy diet.
Perhaps some people are upset with Michelle “thunder thighs” Obama, because she’s a hypocrite. She advocates eating healthy food, but she pigs out on junk food. If she can’t or won’t do it herself, then she shouldn’t tell other people how to eat.

What I don’t like about Michelle is she preaches all of this stuff but most people are not allowed to have gardens and eat healthy because of laws or regulations. If she really cared she would be trying to put an end to those kind of laws. Her husband has raided a lot of organic farms and shut them down for no good reason. Its hypocritical.
