What’s It Like Working At A Nightclub?

There’s a new club opening in town next month on Feb 9th, and they’re hiring for a bunch of positions from dancer, bartenders, servers to security. I’m only 20, but the club is 18+ I’m thinking about filling out an application but seeing as its a nightclub they’re probably big on looks right? and physical fitness? I’m not in the best shape, I plan on losing 25lbs. Any advice on whether or not I should apply there or not? Thanks!
