What Should I Eat Or Take To Increase My Body Mass?

I have recently started to work out and while i keep working out, of course i’m gonna gain muscle but my arms are a little bit too thin. I’m just wondering if i should take some type of pills or turn to a certain diet.

    Take your body weight and multiply that by 23, thats how many calories you should be eating to gain mass. Also, no pills. Only drink protein if you reeallly feel the need to buy something to help you get big. Everything else just sounds amazing how they sell it to you with their ‘it’ll boost NO2 levels BS.. but it just kills your bod. JUST EAT PROTEIN. Thats how you get big. Your muscles areee protein.

    the best time to start doing wieghts is to reach max height i started at 17 and a half people vary
