Vitamin D, C, and Iron prevent the common cold as well as C and D helping keep your mood up. Avoid alcohol, not because it reacts unwell with those Vitamins but because it is a depressant. So is Calcium and Magnesium so avoid that too unless you have trouble sleeping. Too much C can cause bellyaches, but that’s it. It cannot kill you. Iron on the other hand is something that is not recommended… An OD can result in death. D isn’t good to OD on but will not hurt you. DO NOT USE ANTI DEPRESSANTS THEY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF SUICIDE!!!!

Calcium and Magnesium, make sure the pill has at least half as much magnesium as calcium and take it at night with a warm glass of milk is best for being nervous. As far as depression I use 5HTP on an empty stomach first thing in the morning but you cannot do this if you are on anti-depressants. I also take the herb guarana from Action Labs, it comes in 1200 mgs so I break one in half and chew it, it gets me up and moving. I also use melatonin at night, if your behind on your 5HTP your pro behind on melatonin, it monitors your sleep/waking cycles. You can use your search engine to read more about these things. Also be sure to eat good healthy food.
