Does It Matter What Times I Eat Breakfast At?

Usually when im off school i dont go to bed at like 3 am or anything but i end up waking up at around 12:00 alot. And have my breakfast at around 13:20. because i do some excercise and shower before breakfast. I then have lunch at around 15:00 and then dinner around 19:30. are these times ok? but atleast im getting like 4 hours of extra sleep that should help me grow lol.

    They say it’s best to have breakfast within half an hour of waking up. And extra sleep doesn’t help You grow, but lack of sleep can stunt growth

    It doesn’t matter when you eat, just eat when you’re hungry. As long as you get enough calories throughout the day you’ll be fine.
