Are My 3 Meals Healthy?for A Teenager?

Breakfast-fruit smoothie, strawberries, banana, and a splash of orange juice, no sugar added!!! Lunch-Hummas and tomoto wrap with a glass of water. Dinner-half can of beans with tofu meat balls or tofu meat balls in pasta and a glass of diet juice. I’m 13 if your wondering :) ?

    Yes, your meals seem to be fine since they include all the main daily nutrition you need… but you should just make sure you are eating enough. Don’t starve yourself in other words.

    okay, wait just a sec.
    MORE FOOD, I’m thinking.
    Let’s see here.
    great basic eating day…
    to the breakfast thing? I’d ADD a slice of toast with peanut butter on it.
    Your a bit LIGHT on lunch, also…how about throwing a pear in there? also.
    a little snack before supper? if your’e going to eat such a light supper?
    you could snack on some nuts and some dried fruit.
    (a growing gal needs her fruits and her nuts…they’re good for the brain…and they’re super for your energy level)
    At 13? I’d skip the “diet” juice. And replace it with a glass of grape juice, or a glass of milk.

    it’s great that you are eating healthy and thinking about taking care of yourself.
    It’s important when you are growing? to be sure and give your body the stuff it needs to grow.
    LIke MILK, BREAD, EGGS…and put some butter on the bread…it’s OKAY.
    (you know boys? Boys just gotta eat a ton of food when they’re growing….a friend of mine? said her son actually would sit down and get the mixing bowl out…and pour in a box of cereal and add a half gallon of milk or so…for his little snack between lunch and suppertime)

    The Age Anyone Has To Be To Get A Boob Job In The UK Is 18. It Is Possible To Get It Done Younger But The Person Who Wants The Boob Job Will Have To Have Parental Consent And It’s A Really Long Process. Hope This Helps

    juice will make u fat,replace it with raw fruits…otherwise ur diet is really healthy
